Super Saver

• Only suitable for in stock items (items 1-2 or up to 5 days availability will be shipped via post once the stock is available)
• Subject to payment approval
• Products with a value less than €50 ex vat and weigh less than 1kg are only shippable via this method.
• For all orders placed before 5pm - Monday to Friday orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday
• Items will be delivered by AnPost at your normal post delivery times
• A signature will not be required
• There is no track and trace available on this delivery option
• Please allow 10 days to arrive, should your goods not arrive in this time frame please contact Customer Service on 1 800 930139 (option 4) or email cs.ie@misco.co.uk

Premium Deliveries

• Delivery is next working day for Dublin postcodes and 2 days for all other areas. Delivery is subject to payment approval and stock availability.
• In stock items (items ordered on demand will be shipped via the Premium Delivery service once stock is available). .
• Subject to payment approval
• For all orders placed by 5pm Monday to Friday, orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be assessed the following Monday.

Combined Items Delivery

If possible, we'll combine multiple items into one delivery. This helps us reduce the number of packages we need to send to you and therefore reduce packaging material. This also means you receive all your items together in one order so you only need to sign once, saving you time and money.

Estimated Delivery Dates

How Misco calculate your estimated delivery date:

Misco strive to correctly calculate when your order will leave our warehouse, however goods/stock sometimes comes from alternative warehouses and that may delay things. Your estimated delivery date is a guide as to when you can expect delivery of your order, and is based on a number of factors including the delivery address location and how swiftly we can obtain your goods and process your order for despatch.

By taking the approximate despatch date and adding the amount of time for the package to arrive at your delivery address, we determine the estimated arrival date of your order.

On occasions, we will update estimated delivery dates according to the most up to date information we have. We suggest checking your estimated delivery date in the 'My Account' section of the Misco website for all the latest details on your order.
