Will I be informed if there are any problems with my order?

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by one of our experienced online sales staff.

What happens if the product I order is out of stock?

If your order an out of stock product it will be delivered as soon as it becomes available. If your order contains some product that is in stock and some product that is out of stock, the order will be delivered in 2 parts, but you will only be charged for one delivery.

Can I change an order?

You can change or cancel your order by calling 1 800 84 84 43 quoting your order number.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by e-mailing us at sales.ie@misco.ie or calling 1 800 930139, option (4).

How long does it take to process my order?

Once your order has been placed it is transmitted electronically to our head office in the United Kingdom and despatched the same day (subject to availability). Orders received after 5pm GMT, will not be processed until the following morning. Orders placed at the weekend are typically processed on Monday morning.
